Rachel and I went on a feltmaking day school last week. It was brilliant, you just never know how it's going to turn out. There are loads of things you can do with felt but I was quickly taken with simply putting thread through it and seeing what happened. Even if you lay it straight, it wriggles like lines on a map. We made all sorts of things. Cuffs, Tea cosies, all sorts. Here is my tasteful bit.

I was given some felting stuff a few months ago. I LOVE the look of this stuff. I've been putting off doing it because of the mess involved. How sad am I?! A felting class would be cool.
